Every shift shows your exact take-home rate before you apply, never less than €14.25 an hour, and Sundays always pay at least 15% more.
Your earnings reach your roster wallet within 48 hours of clocking out. Withdrawing to your bank is free and takes 2-3 working days, or instant for a 3% fee once your balance has cleared.
You work as an independent contractor. You handle your own tax (Income Tax, PRSI, USC), and roster is the marketplace, not your employer.
