How it works
Tell us what role you need, when, and the pay rate. It takes 60 seconds. Permanent job posts are always free. For shifts, our fee is already included in the rate you set.
Workers near you are notified and apply directly. Every worker on roster is ID-verified with ratings and reviews from previous venues, so you know exactly who you’re hiring.
Hours are tracked automatically. You review and approve. Payment goes through Stripe and you get a receipt straight away. If they don’t show, you don’t pay.
