How it works
Set the role, time, and rate. Permanent job posts are always free. For shifts, the platform fee is already included in the rate you set. Takes 60 seconds.
Workers near you are notified and apply directly. Each applicant has a reliability score, star rating, and shift history from previous venues. Pick the best fit.
After the shift, review the hours and approve. Payment is captured via Stripe and you get a receipt straight away. If they don’t show, you don’t pay.
